Egg-Cheese Casserole
Egg-Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 eggs, 1/3 c. milk, 8 oz. grated marble-jack cheese (or favorite cheese), 6 to 9 pieces bacon or 4 to 6 oz. sausage and 1 1/4 c. white sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Microwave the white sugar and white corn syrup on High for 4 minutes.
Using a wooden spoon, stir in peanuts and microwave 3 1/2 minutes. Add butter and vanilla. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes. Stir. Add baking soda and mix well. Pour into prepared baking sheet and spread to desired thickness. Let cool completely. Lightly bang baking sheet on countertop to break up the candy.
