Egg Casserole
Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices day old bread, 5 eggs, 2 1/2 c. milk, 1 can mushrooms and 3/4 tbsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Layer bread on bottom (cubed) of 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Layer sausage, mushrooms and cheese.
Mix eggs, mustard, salt and 2 1/2 cups milk.
Add soup to egg mixture.
Pour over bread, sausage and cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Cook 45 minutes at 350Β°.
