Egg Casserole
Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 18 hard-boiled eggs, sliced, 1 1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled, 1 lb. sharp cheese, 1/4 c. flour and 1/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Make a white sauce of butter, flour and milk; add cheese. Season with 1/4 teaspoon each of thyme, marjoram and basil.
Make 3 layers of egg, bacon and sauce.
Sprinkle snipped parsley over top.
Cover with buttered crumbs.
Bake for 1/2 hour at 350Β° or until bubbly.
