Egg Casserole
Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 15 slices sandwich bread or 12 regular, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, 3/4 lb. margarine, 4 c. milk and 8 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cube bread and place in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with mushrooms and/or meats.
Melt cheese and margarine in saucepan and pour over bread.
Beat milk, eggs, salt and dry mustard together. Pour over bread in pan.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 2 hours, uncovered, sitting in a cookie sheet filled with water.
Serves 12 to 15.
