Egg Bake
Egg Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. sausage, 3/4 lb. ground beef, 1 chopped onion, 8 slices white bread, crusts removed and 2 c. shredded sharp cheddar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook sausage and ground beef with onion until meat is brown and onion tender.
Drain.
Butter bottom and sides of 9 x 13 pan.
Line the bottom with 8 slices of bread.
Layer meat and cheese mixture, beginning with meat, ending with cheese, until all are used up.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over layers in baking dish.
Cover; refrigerate overnight.
