Edith's Jello
Edith'S Jello is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large box jell-o, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 large carrot, grated and couple stalks celery, chopped very fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups of hot water, then add 2 cups of cold water.
Add all other ingredients.
Pour into Jell-O mold, can or pan, etc.
Refrigerate until set.
