Ed's Spinach Casserole
Ed'S Spinach Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese and bacon strips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook spinach according to directions.
Drain thoroughly and place in casserole.
Put undiluted soup in top of double boiler and add grated cheese.
Stir until cheese is melted and well-blended.
Pour sauce over spinach and top with partially cooked bacon strips.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Place under broiler to crisp bacon.
