Ed Harmon's Rolls
Ed Harmon'S Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. warm water, 2 pkg. yeast, 1 tbsp. salt or less, 1/3 c. sugar and 1/3 c. vegetable oil (can use melted butter; makes it flaky), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve yeast in the water.
Add salt, sugar and vegetable oil and mix together.
Add eggs and 3 cups flour; mix.
Add 1 more cup flour and knead.
(May need to add a little flour if sticky.) Let rise; knead again into rolls or bread.
Use a greased pan and bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown on top. Rub butter on top of each roll.
This is a good recipe to use for cinnamon rolls/bread.
