Eclairs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1/2 c. shortening, 1 c. flour and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil water.
Add shortening and stir until melted.
Add flour and stir until it leaves the sides of the pan.
Take off stove and cool slightly.
Add beaten eggs, one at a time, stirring well. Spoon along side each other on cookie sheet.
