Eclaire is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. milk, 1 6 oz. or 2 to 3 boxed of french vanilla pudding (instant), 8 oz. container of cool whip and about 12 graham cracker-enough for 3 layers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Prepare pudding, fold in cook whip.
Layer graham crackers and pudding mix in 9 x 13 pan starting with graham crackers.
To with chocolate sauce.
