Eclair Dessert
Eclair Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 2 small boxes instant french vanilla pudding, 3 c. milk, 8 oz. cool whip, graham crackers and 1 can chocolate fudge icing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix pudding and milk. Stir in Cool Whip.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer graham crackers, 1/2 pudding mixture, layer of graham crackers, other 1/2 of pudding mixture and graham crackers. Spread the chocolate fudge icing over top layer of graham crackers.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
