Eclair Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 2 small (instant) french vanilla pudding, 1 box honey graham crackers, 1 (8 oz.) cool whip, 3 c. milk and 1 tub ready made chocolate icing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix the pudding with the milk; fold in the Cool Whip and set aside.
Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer with crackers, pudding, crackers, pudding, crackers and end with crackers on top.
Spread with icing and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
