Eclair Dessert
Eclair Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with graham crackers, 1 large box instant vanilla pudding, cool whip, butter icing and 3/4 c. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Line a 7 1/2 x 12-inch Pyrex pan with whole graham crackers. Make pudding as directed on box; pour over crackers.
Layer 1/2-inch of Cool Whip, then place another layer of crackers on cream.
Press together.
Cover with butter icing (thin layer). Melt chocolate chips with oil and drizzle over icing.
Let stand overnight.
