Eclair Dessert
Eclair Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes french vanilla instant pudding mix (small boxes), 1 box graham crackers, 1 c. chopped nuts (optional), 3 c. milk and 1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix pudding and milk in large bowl.
Add Cool Whip; mix until smooth.
Add vanilla.
Line a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with graham crackers.
Layer as follows: layer of graham crackers, layer of pudding mix (approximately 1/2 of mix), layer of graham crackers, the rest of pudding mix and another layer of graham crackers.
Spread with icing.
