Eclair Dessert
Eclair Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. french vanilla instant pudding, 3 c. sweet milk, 1 (16 oz.) carton whipped topping, 1 box graham crackers and 1 can chocolate cake frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix pudding and milk in large bowl; add whipped topping and mix until smooth.
Line 8 x 11 1/2-inch pan or dish with graham crackers.
Pour 1/2 of mixture over crackers.
Cover with a layer of crackers and pour the other half of mixture.
Add another layer of crackers.
Top with frosting, beginning at edges and spread to center.
Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
Garnish with cherries. Keep refrigerated.
