Eclair Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. water, 1 c. flour, 4 eggs and 1 large pkg. instant pudding, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Bring to boil the water and butter.
Remove from heat and add flour; stir to ball.
Add eggs, one at a time, and beat with a wooden spoon.
Spread into greased jelly roll pan.
