Eclair Delights is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. vanilla pudding mix (instant), 3 c. milk, 8 oz. carton cool whip, 1 tsp. vanilla and graham crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix pudding with 3 cups milk until thick, then add Cool Whip and vanilla.
Put a layer of graham crackers on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan, then half of pudding mixture, another layer of graham crackers and rest of pudding mixture.
