Eclair Cake
Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. cool whip, 2 small boxes french vanilla instant pudding, chocolate frosting (any kind), 1 box graham crackers and 3 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put milk in a bowl.
Add pudding and mix as directed on box. Add Cool Whip and stir.
Layer bottom of a 10 x 13-inch pan with graham crackers.
Pour 1/2 of pudding mixture on graham crackers. Put another layer of crackers and pour remaining pudding mixture on.
Add another layer of crackers and frost.
Refrigerate overnight.
