Eclair Cake
Eclair Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 4 eggs, 1/2 c. oleo, 1 c. water and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Bring water and oleo to boil.
Remove from heat.
Stir in flour quickly until ball forms.
Add one egg at a time, mixing well by hand.
Spread on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Let crust cool.
Whip cream cheese in bowl.
Prepare pudding according to package.
Add cream cheese to pudding and beat.
Spread cheese mixture on crust.
Put Cool Whip on top and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Put in refrigerator to set until time to serve.
