Eclair Cake
Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes french vanilla instant pudding mix, 3 c. milk, 12 oz. dream whip, 1 box graham crackers and 1 can chocolate icing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix pudding and milk.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Layer whole crackers in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add 1/2 pudding mixture. Add another layer of pudding and crackers, ending with crackers. Spread chocolate icing on top.
Chill.
Keep refrigerated.
