Eclair Cake
A no-bake icebox cake layering graham crackers with vanilla pudding-and-whipped-topping cream, then glazed with chocolate frosting. Tastes uncannily like its namesake pastry.

Bring water and margarine to boil.
Add flour and stir. Mixture leans to sides of pot.
Put in mixer and add eggs, one at a time, until well blended.
Spread into 10 x 15-inch pan.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes.
