Eclair Cake
Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 small pkg. french vanilla instant pudding, 3 c. cold milk, 1 (4 oz.) container cool whip, 1 box graham crackers and 1 can chocolate frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Open frosting and set in a pan of hot water.
Beat pudding and milk together.
Fold in Cool Whip.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer graham crackers and pudding, ending with graham crackers.
Stir frosting and pour over graham crackers.
Refrigerate.
