Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box graham crackers, 2 (3 oz.) boxes vanilla instant pudding, 1 large container cool whip (16 oz.), 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix all of the ingredients, except crackers.
Start with crackers in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish.
