Eclair Cake
Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. box graham crackers, 1 (6 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding, 3 1/2 c. milk and 1 (8 oz.) tub cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Butter 9 x 13-inch pan.
Line with crackers.
Mix pudding with milk.
Fold in Cool Whip and mix well.
Spread 1/2 pudding mix on crackers. Place second layer crackers.
Add another layer of pudding.
Add final layer of crackers.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
