Eclair Cake
Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box graham crackers, 2 pkg. instant french vanilla pudding, 8 oz. cool whip, 3 1/2 c. milk and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Butter and line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with graham crackers.
Mix cream cheese with a little milk.
Gradually add rest of milk.
Mix in pudding.
Beat 2 minutes.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Alternate layers of pudding with crackers.
End with crackers on top (3 layers of crackers, 2 of pudding total).
Cover with chocolate frosting.
Refrigerate overnight.
