Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes french vanilla instant pudding, 3 c. milk, 6 oz. cool whip, thawed, 1 box graham crackers and 1 can fudge frosting (already prepared), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix instant pudding with 3 cups milk; add Cool Whip.
Layer pan with graham crackers.
Spread 1/2 pudding mix over graham crackers.
Layer graham crackers on top of mix.
Spread remaining half of pudding on top of graham crackers.
Layer graham crackers on top.
Spread fudge frosting over top layer of graham crackers generously.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
