Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box graham crackers, 2 (3 1/2 oz.) boxes french vanilla instant pudding, 3 1/2 c. milk, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cool whip and 1 can milk chocolate frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan and line with whole graham crackers. Mix pudding and milk.
Beat for 2 minutes.
Fold in Cool Whip. Pour half of mixture over crackers and add another layer of crackers and top with crackers and frosting.
