Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 small pkg. french vanilla instant pudding, 3 c. milk, 1 (12 oz.) tub cool whip, 1 can chocolate fudge frosting and 1 box graham crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Spray large casserole dish with Pam.
Line bottom of pan with graham crackers.
Spread with pudding mixture.
Top with graham crackers and frost with chocolate frosting.
Refrigerate.
