Eclair Cake
Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box graham crackers, 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding, 3 1/2 c. milk, 12 oz. cool whip and 1 can chocolate icing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Grease 9 x 12-inch pan.
Line bottom with crackers.
Mix vanilla pudding with milk and stir in Cool Whip, putting part of the mixture over graham crackers.
Layer graham crackers over pudding mixture until mixture is gone.
Put another layer of graham crackers and cover with chocolate icing.
Cover container with Reynolds Wrap.
Cool 2 hours before serving.
