Easy Yeast Rolls
Easy Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. warm water, 2 pkg. dry yeast, 2 tsp. salt, 1/3 c. sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place water in large bowl.
Add dry yeast and stir.
Add salt and sugar; stir.
Add 3 cups flour; stir.
Add egg and Crisco and stir well.
Add 3 cups flour; stir well.
Cover and refrigerate. When ready to bake, divide dough in half.
Knead half dough lightly.
Roll into about 8 x 16-inch piece.
Spread with half the oleo.
Fold dough lengthwise in pan.
Let rise to double in bulk. Brush other half of oleo on dough.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
May bake other half following day or use as follows.
