Easy Upside-Down Cake
Easy Upside-Down Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple slices in syrup, 1/4 c. margarine, 2/3 c. brown sugar, packed, 10 maraschino cherries and 1 (16 oz.) pkg. pound cake mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain pineapple, reserving 3/4 cup syrup.
Melt margarine in ovenproof pan (such as an iron skillet).
Blend in the brown sugar.
Remove from heat.
Arrange pineapple in mixture.
Place a cherry in the middle of each pineapple hole.
Prepare cake according to directions, replacing milk with pineapple syrup. Pour batter over pineapple.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 45 to 50 minutes until cake tests done.
Cool 5 minutes.
Invert onto serving plate.
Serve warm.
Serves 8.
