Easy Truffles is an easy dinner. Made with 3 (12 oz.) pkg. real semi-sweet chocolate chips, 2 c. real butter, 3 c. unwhipped (heavy) whipping cream, 3 pkg. chocolate chips and 1/4 paraffin wax, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix together the first 3 ingredients well.
Roll into 1-inch balls.
Melt the chocolate chips and wax.
Combine, being careful not to get even a drop of water in mixture.
Dip balls into mixture.
Dry on wax paper.
Yields 60 to 70.
