Easy Tea Cakes
Easy Tea Cakes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, softened, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 4 1/2 c. self-rising flour and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream together margarine and sugar.
Mix in eggs and vanilla. Mix together well.
Add flour a little at a time until you have worked all the flour in.
Chill for 1 hour.
Then flour surface and roll out.
Remember to keep both sides of dough floured.
Cut out and bake.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350Β° until lightly browned.
Best if you frost cookies while they are hot. Use a thin glaze.
