Easy Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. stew meat, 3 potatoes, cut in quarters, 4 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks, 1 small jar mushrooms, drained and 1 envelope dry onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Dredge stew meat in onion soup mix.
Put into baking casserole.
Put potatoes and carrots on top of meat.
Combine cream of mushroom soup and cooking sherry and mix until smooth. Add mushrooms to soup mixture.
Pour over top of meat, potatoes and carrots.
Cover and bake at 250Β° for 5 hours.
