Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Prepare tube pan.
In mixing bowl, beat eggs until lemon colored.
Add 1 cup sugar; blend.
Add 1/2 cup flour; blend.
Add 1/2 cup flour and baking powder mixture; blend. Add water gradually.
Blend.
Add flavoring.
Bake 20 minutes.
