Easy Spinach Casserole
Easy Spinach Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. fresh spinach or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/4 lb. butter, salt and pepper to taste and 1 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cook spinach for 5 to 8 minutes or as directed on package. Drain and mix with cream cheese, 4 tablespoons butter, salt and pepper.
Pour into casserole.
Melt remaining butter. Toss with crumbs and sprinkle over casserole. Bake 20 to 30 minutes. Even spinach haters like this!
