Easy Rolls
Easy Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yeast, 1/4 c. warm water, 1 stick oleo, 1/4 to 1/3 c. sugar and 1/2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dissolve the yeast in the warm water and set aside.
In a bowl, put the oleo and sugar and pour the boiling water over until the oleo melts.
Cool. Add the egg and beat well with whisk.
Add to yeast mixture.
Add the flour and pinch of salt.
Make out in pan or muffin tins and let rise.
Bake at 375Β° until golden brown. May refrigerate dough (covered) for a few days.
