Easy Rolls is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 2 c. warm water, 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. melted shortening, 1 egg, beaten and 4 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dissolve yeast in warm water; add sugar, shortening, egg and flour.
Mix well and put into greased muffin tins.
Bake at 425Β° for 20 minutes.
