Easy Rocky Road
Easy Rocky Road is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) hershey semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter/margarine, 2 tbsp. shortening, 3 c. miniature marshmallows and 1/2 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Butter 8-inch square pan.
In large microwave-safe bowl, place chocolate chips, butter and shortening.
Microwave at High (100%) for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes just until chocolate chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
Add marshmallows and nuts.
Blend well.
Spread even in prepared pan.
Cover and refrigerate until firm.
Cut into 2-inch squares.
Makes 16 squares.
