Easy Roast
Easy Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. beef roast, 1 tsp. garlic salt, 1 (16 oz.) bottle coke, 3 tbsp. oil and 1 bottle catsup (14 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Rub roast well with garlic, salt and pepper.
Sear roast on all sides in hot oil.
Remove from pan.
Drain off excess fat. Place roast in foil-lined pan.
Pour Coke and catsup over roast. Cover roast loosely with foil.
Bake 3 hours at 325Β°.
