Easy Rhubarb Cake
Easy Rhubarb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. raw rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces, 1 c. sugar (may use more if rhubarb is super sour), 1 pkg. strawberry jello, 1/4 c. tapioca and 1 pkg. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan, spread the rhubarb on bottom of pan.
Sprinkle sugar, jello, tapioca and marshmallows over rhubarb.
Make the cake mix as directed on package.
Pour over mixture in pan and bake for 1 hour at 350Β°.
