Easy Raspberry Cream
Easy Raspberry Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. water, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello and 2 pt. softened vanilla ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
In large saucepan, over high heat, heat 3 cups water to boiling point, turn heat to low.
Using large spoon, stir in jello until just dissolved.
Quickly stir in softened vanilla ice cream (cut ice cream in small chunks so it will melt faster).
Mixture should only be lukewarm (very important).
Pour into 2-quart mold.
Chill overnight.
I use a 2-quart Pyrex oblong dish.
