Easy Quiche
Easy Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. bacon, 1 c. swiss cheese, shredded, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 4 large eggs, well beaten and 2 c. heavy cream, heated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut bacon in 1/2-inch pieces and fry until very crisp.
Drain off fat.
Put cooled bacon pieces in pie shell.
Cover with shredded Swiss and chopped onion.
Heat cream and add to well-beaten eggs.
Add seasonings (very small amount of nutmeg). Pour into pie shell.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
