Easy Potatoes
Easy Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of chicken soup, 2 c. (16 oz.) sour cream, 1 tsp. salt, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese and frozen potatoes (hash browns), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Leave potatoes out of freezer about 15 minutes and then pound package until potatoes are separated.
Don't thaw out too much. Mix all together.
Place in ungreased 9 x 13-inch dish.
Sprinkle with 1 cup crushed corn flakes and drizzle on 1 stick butter or margarine.
Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350Β°.
