Easy Pot Roast
Easy Pot Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 to 4 lb.) arm or chuck roast, 1 lb. fresh carrots (whole), 3 to 6 stalks celery, 2 onions, sliced and 6 to 8 small potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place roast and vegetables in a large, covered roasting pan (no need to brown roast).
Mix seasoning and soups in a bowl. Pour over roast and vegetables.
Cover and bake at 300Β° for about 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours.
Makes great gravy.
