Easy Pork Chops
Easy Pork Chops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 pork chops, 1 c. regular rice (raw; do not cook), 1 1/2 c. water, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown chops in skillet.
In a Pyrex dish, put rice and 1 1/2 cups water.
Put brown chops on top of rice.
Mix together mushroom soup, 1/2 cup of water and package of onion soup mix. Stir and spread on chops and rice.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Take foil off and cook 10 more minutes.
