Put egg in a cup and add enough water to equal 1 full cup.
Blend lard and flour until crumbly.
Add remaining ingredients.
Blend until it forms a ball.
Break into 6 or 7 smaller balls.
Roll each into pie crust shape.
This freezes very well.
