Easy Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine (room temperature), 1 c. crisco, 1 tsp. salt, 1 scant c. water and 3 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place oleo, Crisco, salt and flour in bowl.
Use mixer to cut until coarse (low speed).
Add water and work as little as possible.
Let set 2 hours.
Pinch off and roll (won't tear).
Can refrigerate leftovers.
