Easy Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. thinly sliced pickling cucumber (25 small), 2 small onions, sliced, 1.75 c. sugar, 1 c. white or cider vinegar and 2 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Layer pickling cucumbers and onions in deep container.
Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly until sugar is dissolved.
Pour on cucumbers and onions.
Cover and refrigerate.
Pickles are ready to eat after 24 hours.
Pickles can be stored in refrigerator up to 1 month.
Makes about 1 1/2 quarts.
