Easy Peanut Chews is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick pie crust mix, 3/4 c. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1 slightly beaten egg and 1/2 c. chopped peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Prepare pie crust mix according to package directions. Blend in brown sugar and vanilla.
Add egg and 1/2 cup chopped peanuts. Spread on well-greased baking sheet to 13 x 10-inch rectangle. Bake
350Β° until done, about 15 to 17 minutes. Loosen edges as soon as the cookies are removed from the oven. Cool cookies on the sheet.
Cut the cookies in bars or squares.
